All payments made for event listings on SACAREVENTS are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Platform error (e.g. technical failure during listing submission)
To request a refund, contact us at refund@sacarevents.com within 7 days of payment. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days if approved.
